Parking around Schools

Unfortunately the Safer Neighbourhood Team have received complaints regarding motorists parking on pavements, kerbs, yellow line restrictions,  “School Keep Clear” zones and near junctions at different schools around the beat area we cover, plus with schools sending messages to parents about parking near schools.

We understand that school dropping off and picking up can be quite stressful and difficult at times, but when it comes to dropping off and picking up, please allow more time to make your journey and keep kerbs, pavements, yellow lines and “School Keep Clear” unobstructed as they are there to keep everyone safe!
